Return Policy

Once bought,Inmemmorycare cards are not returnable unless they are physically damaged during the course of the transportation. In the case of damaged card,you can contact our customer care.The customer care will check the same via our routine damage checking process.Upon confirmation of damage, we will replace the same at no additional cost.

The cards are valid for one year and you need to renew the same or buy a new card once it expires.If there is any issues with the provider,you can write to us at info@inmemorycare.com or call and inform us at +91-83695-60944.
